Serve as Key member of senior management team.  The Vice President, Human Resources has overall responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of effective HR strategies that support the business priorities for the Software Development division.  Areas of focus include organizational effectiveness, change management, staffing and development.

 

  • Drive HR strategy within a fast-evolving global medical software business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a geographically distributed global workforce and partner with local HR representatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong client-support orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of clients, individually and in groups
  • Proven influencer; demonstrated ability to coach and counsel both employees and executive-level management
  • Areas of focus include organizational effectiveness, change management, staffing and development, performance management, compensation planning, retention and workforce planning for all staff globally
  • Ambassador of the business with sufficient stature both internally and externally to represent the business
  • Provides clear guidance and honest feedback and support to leaders and employees throughout the business
